  • This is the second set, in a series of free classes offered to the public on how to use the new outdoor fitness equipment at Washburn’s West End Park. Scott Armstrong, an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer will lead the group in varied exercises that develop strength, endurance and coordination and that uses the park’s surroundings. Class size is limited to ten people. Class is held two times a week (Tuesdays & Fridays) for three weeks, from 4:30pm-5:15pm. The specific dates for the September class are September 3rd, 6th, 10th, 13th, 17th & 20th.
