Holiday Flower Arrangement Sponsorship Form

It’s that time of year friends!! The Annual Holiday Flower Fundraiser starts NOW. For the last 3 years with the help of the community, the Washburn Area Chamber of Commerce, along with Superior Floral, have teamed up to share a little holiday spirit by providing holiday flowers to those in long term care. Even though this started as a way to show those in the facilities that they were not forgotten during COVID we decided to continue the tradition, because the joy this brings to the residents is just too special to pass up.

Holiday flower arrangement recipient.

The first year we did the fundraiser in 2020, we provided 55 residents with a holiday flower arrangement. Then in 2021 we were able to holiday flowers to 113 residents and last year, in 2022, we reached our goal of 200 arrangements. This year our goal is raise funds to cover 220 arrangements. Please help us provide a special flower arrangement this holiday season to show the residents that we care and that they are still not forgotten!

We know that money is tight and the price of almost everything continues to go up but Superior Floral worked their magic yet again and the cost will remain the same as before. Each arrangement is only $25, which includes tax and delivery.

Contact the chamber directly by phone 715-373-5017 or email, if you have questions about sponsoring an arrangement, or if you would prefer to pay by cash or check. Donations can also be made at Superior Floral and at the Neighborly Bar in Ashland.

Thank you so much for your support. Let’s show our residents some love again this holiday season!
