SUMMARY:Jennifer Grimm Sings Judy Garland
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, May 18\, 2025 7:30PM\nat StageNorth \nListen Here \nJennifer Grimm Sings Judy Garland is an energetic\, uplifting concert celebrating Judy Garland’s music and showmanship with such joyful integrity that the Judy Garland Museum™️ selected Grimm and her show to perform at the 100th Birthday Celebration of Judy Garland. \nJoin Jennifer and her 11-piece band as she sweetly sails through Garland classics such as “You Made Me Love You\,” “Zing! Went the Strings of My Heart” and\, of course\, “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” \nBoth Grimm and Garland were born in Minnesota to vaudeville families\, bringing command and charisma to the stage as only lifelong entertainers can. \nAlthough they were born over a half a century apart\, the sentimental sounds of the Judy Garland era seem to be a perfect fit for Grimm’s well-known versatility and ability to bring powerful vocals to the showstopping numbers as well as an intimate tenderness to Garland’s ballads that will leave a lump in your throat. \n“This is way beyond the rainbow with a stellar cast of area musicians. If all you know about Judy is the Wizard of Oz\, you need to see this show.”\n—Andrea Canter \nat StageNorth\n123 W Omaha St\, Washburn\, WI 54891\nFULL BAR | DOORS OPEN AT 6:30 \nSPONSORED BY:\nKylmala Truss
