DESCRIPTION:Meet up to paddle\, peddle and gather every Thursday 4-8PM at Solstice Outdoors + The Sandbar\n\nFree kayak\, paddleboard and bike rentals from 4–8 PM. Bring your own gear or borrow ours for a paddle on the bay or pedal on on the lake trail then gather at the Sandbar for drink specials\, bonfire and good company on the shores of Lake Superior. Live music some Thursdays and drink specials every week. Celebrating 15 years of outside!

DESCRIPTION:Join us next Thursday\, September 3\, from 5pm–7pm for the Opening Reception for PERFECTLY IMPERFECT: JUST LIKE FAMILY. This immersive installation will exhibit tableaus of Frank Legmann’s (Jerry Lehman’s) popular and eccentric Cousins series of stuffed creations made from upcycled fabrics and fibers; and feature Noah Parsonage’s paintings of curious but familiar painted characters! PERFECTLY IMPERFECT will be on view from September 3–25. \nLegmann will also host CREATE-A-COUSIN WORKSHOP\, a free\, family-friendly\, drop-in workshop in the Cultural Center’s Galleries on Saturday\, September 19 from 11am–4pm (the second Saturday of Art Escape weekend)\, where guests will be able to make their own Cousins from provided materials and establish their Cousin’s backstories in small tableaus.
