South Shore Brewery was established in 1995 as Northern Wisconsin’s first microbrewery. Their award winning products can be found throughout Wisconsin and the ‘arrowhead” region of Minnesota, as well as in their two locally-owned and operated retail locations: The Taphouse in Washburn, WI, and The Deep Water Grille in Ashland, WI. Their five flagship beers come in 12oz bottles: the award-winning Nut Brown Ale, Northern Lights Cream Ale, Rhoade’s Scholar Stout, Inland Sea Pilsner, and WPA: Wisconsin Pale Ale.
