It’s time for the annual Shop Local Shop Late event in Washburn Wednesday, Dec. 20th until 8pm. Participating Washburn shops and restaurants will have deals and exclusive offers for customers on this special shopping night. Get your last-minute shopping done while spending your money locally.
As if having the awesome businesses in Washburn open late wasn’t enough, new this year is the addition of the Shop Local Shop Late Holiday Market! This will be very similar to the Shop Small Holiday Market that we hold the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Stop by The Club and shop the smallest of small businesses the same night. Local vendors from all over the Chequamegon Bay area will be selling their unique products just in time for those last minute gifts. There will be a “Cup of Soup” fundraiser there, at the same time, for a local youth group too. Admission is FREE!
At the pocket park between Kiddiwink Kids and the Chamber Office you can take a break to roast a hot dog, make s’mores, or grab a cup of hot coco all at no cost thanks to Washburn Hardware & Sport, Kiddiwink Kids & The Washburn Chamber.
This is also a great time to spend your Washburn Chamber Bay Bucks. Bay Bucks are e-gift cards that you can use at participating businesses. You can see which businesses take them and buy them HERE.
