Candlelit luminaries will guide your way along a one-mile loop, groomed for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. Grab a bite to eat or a beverage afterwards and enjoy a bonfire! In collaboration with the Friends of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Bayfield Chamber & Visitor Bureau, this year’s event is part of Dark Sky, Star Bright, a nine day celebration highlighting the importance of dark sky preservation while showcasing the breathtaking clarity of Bayfield’s winter skies.
