Cold season comes around and having the right tools to support your health is a super power!

In this class we will formulate herbal teas to help with different symptoms that show up with your common cold. We will discuss each of the herbs available for your tea, herbs that harmonize your tea blend, and herbs that help improve the flavor.

Each participant will be given a bowl to create their own unique herbal tea blend for a cold.
