Step back in time to learn about Bayview’s History at the Houghton Depot. Three 2-hour, hands-on programs will be offered by the Bayview History Committee at Houghton Depot, the last remaining depot on the Bayfield Peninsula.

Honoring those who lived in the Bayview area before the railroad arrived.

Learn why Houghton Village and Depot were built. Meet some of the people who left their mark on the walls of Houghton Depot. Hear stories about the people who settled in the Town of Bayview in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
