The City of Washburn Harbor Commission is responsible for the commercial aspects of the day-to-day operation of the harbor and its facilities; the Commission plans additional Marina amenities and ongoing capital improvements. Meetings are usually held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM at City Hall (subject to change).
