Helping PAWS Pet Rescue, a nonprofit organization in Chequamegon Bay since 2006, aims to prevent adoptable companion animals from euthanizing due to lack of medical care or a good home. As a no-kill animal rescue, adoptable animals remain with them until they find their forever furr-ever homes. HPPR collaborates with volunteers, animal welfare partners, and shelters to rescue homeless pets, surrendered animals, and animals with medical needs. They provide exceptional care, including daily veterinarian support, nutrition, regular exams, and vaccines.
